Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") 96 ok serves as a legal agreement between the platform and its users. 96 ok is an online betting and gaming platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh.

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Deposits must be made from your own bKash/Nagad/Rocket number. Transactions made using another person's number may be cancelled.
• After making a deposit, you must submit the transaction ID correctly. Without it, your balance will not be credited.
• A transaction ID cannot be used more than once. Submitting the same ID multiple times will be treated as fraud.
• Deposits are typically processed within 1–5 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings or wallet balance:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered on your account.
• Funds are typically transferred within 3–15 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by VIP tier. The daily limit for standard members is ৳50,000.

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will expire.

• If the information provided during KYC verification is found to be false or incomplete.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• Upon direction from legal authorities.
